JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Planning the layout of the buildings interior and rooms that have an attachment function in a site.
- Processing layout and functionality of a building interior.
- Determining the concept and layout of the interior design of a building (including the placement of Furniture, etc.).
- Process outer shape and look of a building.
- Determine the type and location of electrical installations in buildings in accordance with the aesthetics.
- Determine the location of the installation of water pipes and air lines.
- Determine the location of the means of transport in the building (lift, etc.).
REQUIREMENTS:
- Male / Female.
- Age between 30 years old.
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree Civil Engineering from reputable University.
- At least 3 years of working experience as Architect & Interior, especially for high rise building in reputable Developer Company.
- Strong capabilities in computer program such as Ms. Office and AutoCAD.
